Do you take insurance?
Nourish Pediatrics is in network with most major insurance carriers. For individualized details, please contact our office at 319-214-0455.
For families without insurance or an insurance with whom we are not in network, there are some additional options. These include private pay, HSA, and FSA funds. Additionally, we can provide a Superbill each month upon request, which is a receipt of services. You can submit this to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please speak with your insurance company to learn about their specific options!
How do I pay for services?
Payment/any amount of co-pay is due day of service via credit card, debit card, check, or cash. This includes HSA/FSA cards. Payments can also be made in your patient portal.
How do I get started?
You can reach out via the contact form or your pediatrician can fax us a referral. Once we receive that, we will reach out to you to gather additional information, verify insurance benefits and schedule an initial evaluation. Evaluations and treatment take place in our clinic - duration of each depends on the individual child and will be determined with each family.
